Noah Bartfield

Congratulations Noah Bartfield, a graduate student from the Herzon Lab, who was recently named a 2024 CAS Future Leader by the American Chemical Society’s Chemical Abstracts Service (CAS).

His research on macrocyclic haloimidazole marine alkaloid synthesis landed him a spot in the esteemed leadership training program.

Bartfield will participate in a program at CAS headquarters in Columbus, Ohio, Aug. 12–17 to boost his leadership skills, provide him with opportunities to learn about the chemical information industry, and allow him to connect with peers and industry innovators.

See his spotlight piece in Chemical & Engineering News.
