Title: Synthetic Innovations Driven by Novel Ribosomal Reactivity
Abstract: In this thesis seminar, I describe our efforts toward C-GEM’s “Holy Grail” quest to create sequence-defined chemical polymers using Nature’s toolkit. As part of this endeavor, I disclose a few key advances in synthetic organic chemistry inspired and informed by our deepening understanding of ribosomal reactivity.
