The Chemistry Department would like to congratulate Megan Mohadjer Beromi and Masha Elkin on being selected as award recipients of the Genentech 3rd annual Graduate Symposium in Chemical Research. The award symposium recognizes eight outstanding 4th year Ph.D. graduate students in the fields of organic synthesis, chemical biology and computational chemistry who are interested in pursuing careers in small molecule drug discovery and development. This event honors promising young scientists while highlighting career opportunities in pharmaceutical research.
