The Department of Chemistry is pleased to announce that Charles Schmuttenmaer has been elected American Physical Society Fellow for the development of time-resolved terahertz spectroscopy and its insightful applications to the far-infrared and charge transfer properties of liquids, semiconductors, and nanoparticles.
