Congratulations to Professor Stacy Malaker on receiving the David Y. Gin Award.

The American Chemical Society (ACS) Division of Carbohydrate Chemistry & Chemical Glycobiology bestows this award to scientists in the first seven years of their independent career as an acknowledgement of their outstanding contributions to research in carbohydrate chemistry.

Malaker has developed novel and transformative mass spectrometry-based technologies for the analysis of protein O-glycosylation and has made exceptional advances in the emerging field of mucin glycoproteomics.

She will receive the award and present her work in person at the ACS annual conference in Spring 2026.
