Hailiang Wang receives 2025 National Brown Investigator Award

Congratulations to Professor Hailiang Wang on receiving a National Brown Investigator Award from the Brown Institute for Basic Sciences at Caltech. He will receive $2 million over five years to advance electrocatalysis for converting inorganic waste like CO₂ and nitrogen oxides into valuable organic compounds containing multiple carbon–carbon and carbon–nitrogen bonds. The Wang Lab focuses on catalyst materials and processes that address energy and environmental challenges.
