The Chemistry DEI Advocates, who are trained to support colleagues confronting discrimination, harassment, mental health challenges, and other issues related to equity, inclusion, and climate, are opening up their training to the entire department.
All in Chemistry are welcome to attend. These trainings are a great way to equip yourself to be an ally in the workplace and help break down barriers to wellbeing.
