The Chemistry Department will be holding an implicit-bias workshop on Thursday, October 29, 2020, at 3:30 pm via Zoom. Darin Latimore, Dean of Diversity at Yale Medical School, will be the speaker. This interactive workshop will help us explore our own perceptions and form an educated view on the topic. Combating discrimination in the workplace, in hiring, in student recruitment and in our teaching is a cornerstone of departmental diversity and inclusion.
