Two colleagues recognized with significant honors from the American Chemical Society

The Department wishes to congratulate two of our colleagues, each of whom has been recognized with a significant honor from the American Chemical Society.

Professor Mark Johnson has won the 2014 Irving Langmuir Award in Chemical Physics sponsored by General Electric Global Research and the ACS Division of Physical Chemistry. Professor Seth Herzon has been recognized as a 2014 recipient of an Arthur C. Cope Scholar Awards sponsored by the Arthur C. Cope Fund. These are outstanding honors that recognize the pioneering contributions of Professors Johnson and Herzon.
